Completed my March 2011 ride up Alpe d’Huez this week. This is my 33rd consecutive month that I have climbed the 21 bends. Its early spring now in Bourg d’Oisans and there is a distinct lack of snow in Alpe d’Huez. March is also the first time of the year that you can comfortable descend with out freezing your butt off.

As a short warm up i rode the flat road to Le Clapier and back first before tackling Alpe d’Huez
