I love this time of year – not only is the weather good for some great riding – not too hot and not too cold – but it also the time of the year when the 2011 events are announced. The latest one to be announced is the Marco Pantani Cycling Sportive starting and finishing in Les Deux Alpes.  This sportive is a great alternative to its more famous La Marmotte Sportive in July.
