Managed three rides this week (and its only wednesday) On sunday i made my first accent of Alpe d’Huez in March and for the first time saw a couple of other cyclist on their way down the mountain. This was my 3rd accent of the year having already completed it in January and February and my 21st consecutive month of doing the climb at least one per calendar month. Once at the top I joined up with the family and changed into my skiing clothes and we had a couple of hours in the Alpe d’Huez Ski Resort. Tuesday I tackled the climb up from Bourg d’Oisans to the other Ski resort of Les Deux Alpes via the small Bons road. The road upto Bons is pretty narrow with some big drops down to the left but the views of the Oisans valley is awesome.
