While visiting family in England and escaping the cold weather of Alpe d’Huez i thought i would get some training rides in on my Cannondale Synapse. Today I did a couple of hours ride that took in Sandbanks in Poole and Bournemouth beach. I had forgotten how flat the area was with only small 100 metre hills rather than the mammoth alp climbs that I am now used to.
