Cycled up Alpe d’Huez yesterday in some gorgeous sunshine in a time of 90 minutes on my mountain bike. Now its february I have started training for our busy summer season here in the centre of Bourg d’Oisans. Some of the Cols such as the Croix de Fer and Galibier will not open until May at the earliest – but there is still plenty to ride while the weather is good. If you are in the area skiing then give us a call if you fancy hiring out a bike for an attempt of Alpe d’Huez
For a full report of my ride up yesterday check my blog here as I am riding Alpe d’Huez every month for charity

I am thinking about biking around Bourg-D’Oisans this spring. Do you rent carbon fiber bikes? What is the earliest month you can do col du Galibier and Alp d’Huez?
